Every great project starts with passion. For us, that passion was worship music. What began as an idea rooted in love and creativity soon turned into something real — Melorna, a worship music platform designed to bring people together through faith, music, and technology.
From day one, we had an amazing team that stood by us. Together, we worked not only on technology but also on creating a spiritual space where musicians, worship leaders, and communities could thrive.
What Is Melorna?
At its core, Melorna was built as a worship music platform where:
- Users could create songs, build playlists, and share music with others.
- Every user had a profile where they could publish their own music, get likes, follow other musicians, and interact with the worship community.
- It offered both web and mobile apps (Android and iOS), making it accessible everywhere.
Melorna wasn’t just about listening. It was about participation, creation, and connection.

Jubal – Live Worship Made Simple
Jubal was designed for worship bands and leaders.
- Dynamic key transposition for flexible performances
- Sunday planning tools with personalized setups
- Leader control over every screen on stage
- A unique chord keyboard for musicians and vocalists
- “Tribe” creation for organizing teams and planning worship sessions together
With Jubal, worship teams could prepare and perform with unity and clarity.
Hop (House of Pray) – A Place for United Prayer
Hop created a digital space for prayer. It allowed communities to gather spiritually, share requests, and support each other in prayer, no matter where they were in the world.
Royalink – Mentorship for Refugees
Royalink went beyond music. It connected mentors and professionals to young refugees, offering personalized guidance to help them build real futures. Unlike generic advice platforms, Royalink was all about authentic, one-on-one mentorship.
AI Innovation at the Heart of Melorna
We also built an AI system that analyzed more than 827 songs, converting them into the Jubal format. This made worship planning faster, smarter, and easier.
The Challenges We Faced
Despite all the creativity and innovation, building a sustainable revenue model in the nonprofit worship space was a challenge. Competing with large organizations and nonprofits made it difficult to scale financially.
Closing Chapter One
Melorna isn’t over. But Chapter One has ended. The journey taught us invaluable lessons about technology, community, and faith.
Even if the platform couldn’t continue in the way we first imagined, the vision of Melorna — to bring worshippers together through music and prayer — still lives on.
